Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in the production area.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning machinery, then replace or repair faulty components.
  • •Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed or repaired machines and equipment.
  • •Calibrate and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment to manufacturer specifications.
  • •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, prepare maintenance reports, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/equivalent or completion of technical school, or equivalent training/experience/education.
  • •At least 2 years of industrial experience in electrical or mechanical support functions.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for electrical and mechanical operations.
  • •Able to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • •Full knowledge of three-phase 480-volt equipment and working knowledge of three-phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces, and the National Electrical Code.
