Job Summary

Supervise daily operations in the teller area to ensure fast, accurate transactions and strong service quality. Assign teller schedules and duties, monitor cash limits, and make shipment decisions. Review timecards and track attendance, provide coaching and staff training, and resolve complex customer service issues. Complete monthly audit reports, ensure compliance (including BSA/AML training), and act as backup support for related roles when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the teller area to ensure efficient operations and speed/accuracy of transactions while meeting service quality standards.
•Assign duties and work schedules to tellers; monitor cash limits and make shipment decisions.
•Review timecards and track absences/tardiness, communicating updates to supervision.
•Provide guidance on operational and auditing policies, identify training needs, and coach staff to cross-sell bank products/services.
•Complete monthly audit reports, ensure BSA/AML compliance training, and assist with complex customer service problems.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school or GED (or equivalent) plus specialized/on-the-job education and 2 years of related experience or training.
•Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning/assigning work, and addressing complaints.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees in person-to-person and small group settings.
•Strong mathematical skills for transactions, including working with decimals, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
•Ability to complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training as assigned, and use basic software (10-key, payroll systems, spreadsheets, word processing/typing).
