Key Responsibilities

  • •Run weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team and report progress against OKRs like revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance.
  • •Design an AI-powered “second brain” to centralize team know-how, set documentation standards, and drive accountability for subject-matter owners.
  • •Develop internal tools and processes to enable rapid team scaling and act as a multiplier across hiring and growth motions.
  • •Lead cross-functional special projects across product, go-to-market, and operations, including deployment pattern synthesis and AI Agent product SKUs.
  • •Seed initiatives from idea to proof-of-concept (e.g., verticalization and Agent Academy for customers) and grow the AI Agent deployment brand via content and thought leadership.
