Job Summary

Lead Tomahawk Production and Recertification financial program controls within the growing Tomahawk Program finance team in Tucson. Own and support monthly forecast/close (Rplan), quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and variance/data analysis across weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms. Partner with leadership, CAMs, IPT leads, Supply Chain, and Operations to communicate forecast commitments, risks, opportunities, and cost/schedule/funding insights using standard tools and SAP-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the monthly financial planning forecast/close process (Rplan).
•Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
•Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis, including cost, schedule, and financial analysis/reporting.
•Provide financial guidance to Factory Operations Managers, IPT leads, and SCM functions.
•Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness; communicate forecast commitments, risks, and opportunities to program leadership.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management (or related) and 12+ years relevant finance/accounting experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years finance/accounting experience.
•Prior program or project leadership experience.
•Program Controls experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement.
•Hands-on experience with SAP Business Systems (including BW Toolset), RPlan, PMX, EDIT+, or similar business systems.
•U.S. citizen requirement (U.S. citizenship is required for authorization to access information under this program/contract).
