Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in various project main contracts, subcontracts and PO terms, providing day-to-day assistance to the General Manager and coordinating with DGM/Head of Project and PMs
  • •Manage and ensure all pre- and post-contract administration, documentation, including insurances, bonds, claims, and variation notices; assist PMs in preparation of Claim/EOT/Variation notices and cost particulars
  • •Draft letters for claims and time extensions, and timely submission of variation and claim notices to reserve contractual rights with the Client
  • •Coordinate LOA/LOI/Subcontracts preparation and, when required, participate in negotiations meetings with Proposals, Estimation, Sales, Procurement and Project execution teams
  • •Maintain bonds and insurance registers, prepare notices to the client for submission and release of bonds; ensure subcontractors’ bonds/insurance align with contract requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 8+ years in the Oil & Gas industry
  • •Experience with contracting companies in oil & gas, power and infrastructure (onshore and offshore) and in EPC/contracting environments
  • •Pre- and post-contract administration experience, including insurances, bonds, claims and variation notices
  • •Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction and contracting aspects
  • •Ability to draft letters for claims and time extensions, coordinate LOA/LOI/Subcontracts, and prepare cost particulars
