Build and grow a music-native community around Stable Audio and the audio products, nurturing musicians, producers, developers, and researchers. Design engagement programs (workshops, office hours, local events, hackathons, demo days, roundtables, creator challenges) and create educational content across channels. Drive adoption by engaging on Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X, Instagram, and YouTube, translating community insights into recommendations for research, product, and GTM while owning community health metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Nurture and grow the Stability AI audio community around Stable Audio models and related products.
•Build a network of advocates, early adopters, and power users, running workshops, office hours, local events, hackathons, demo days, research roundtables, and creator challenges.
•Create educational content showcasing generative audio use cases, model/product capabilities, and best practices, collaborating with research and engineering on hands-on resources.
•Engage with community platforms (Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X, Instagram, YouTube) and translate community insights into recommendations for product, research, and go-to-market.
•Own community health metrics tied to engagement and adoption, including activity, event attendance, newsletter growth, model downloads, and published community work.

Key Requirements

•Deep music background (musician, producer, DJ, or music content creator) with hands-on experience using AI creative tools and audio workflows in real projects.
•Experience in music, AI, and builder communities, comfortable engaging in peer forums with technical fluency.
•Good judgment to shape tactics and messaging that resonate authentically with musical and technical audiences.
•Ability to design and run community programs that drive meaningful engagement, adoption, and long-term participation.
•Strong track record in developer relations, technical community management, or creator ecosystem roles in AI/audio/music tech or developer tools.
