  • •Lead products through the full lifecycle: customer discovery, concept development, requirements definition, validation, commercialization, sustainment, and end-of-life planning.
  • •Drive global product launches and rollout strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams including R&D, IT, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Commercial, and Global Marketing.
  • •Develop product requirements, use cases, value propositions, market positioning, pricing strategies, launch sequencing, channel strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • •Manage product adoption, budget, forecasting, business performance, and KPI targets while identifying opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, education, science, engineering or related field required.
  • •Minimum five years of product management or product marketing experience in med-tech, healthcare technology, or related industry.
  • •Proven experience launching and managing multiple digital products, including mobile or web applications and web portals.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, including customer discovery through adoption, sustainment, and end-of-life planning.
  • •Experience building product strategies, business cases/financial models, forecasts, and go-to-market plans.
