Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the fiscalization and tax domain (e-invoicing, fiscal receipts, VAT/withholding rules, and social contributions) across company markets.
  • •Deliver country tax and fiscalization requirements from regulatory text to live implementation, sequencing work against statutory deadlines.
  • •Own commission calculation from the product side, ensuring correct debiting, consistency between calculated and collected commission, and reliable behavior at scale.
  • •Maintain the roadmap and backlog aligned to legal deadlines; communicate risks early and lead day-to-day delivery without formal authority.
  • •Coordinate integrations with payments, driver balance, reporting, and financial accounting; monitor production incidents, investigate receipt/calculation failures, and drive resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in product, business analysis, project management, or operations (ideally fintech, billing, accounting, or regulated environments).
  • •Basic understanding of fintech mechanics like commissions, take rate, payment flows, and billing/settlement logic.
  • •Ability to work with regulatory/legal texts and translate them into product requirements with Legal and Finance.
  • •Strong skills writing clear product requirements and acceptance criteria and holding the team accountable to them.
  • •Working knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) and analytical validation with data (SQL/Tableau or readiness to learn).
