Team Lead, Inflight Galley Operations (Fort Worth, TX, US)

Lead the Galley Operations team to ensure onboard galley layouts, equipment, and provisioning meet American Airlines service standards across commercial and charter flights. Oversee galley diagram development and optimization, partner with Aircraft Programs on new deliveries and retrofits, and evaluate catering equipment and menu/provisioning changes. Serve as the primary contact for charter catering operations and coordinate with Customer Experience, Catering Operations, and Inflight to streamline provisioning and improve service execution.
