Coordinate environmental compliance and remediation for operating segments and construction projects. Conduct and support field inspections, agency inspections, and internal audits, and serve as the primary company representative. Analyze operating and inspection data, maintain environmental records within compliance systems, oversee consultant support, and collect environmental samples (air, water, waste) for analysis.

•Provide mentoring and onboarding support for new employees on compliance requirements and procedures.
•Evaluate operating and project data and inspection reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance for reporting.
•Coordinate field and agency inspections; act as the primary company representative in communications with agency representatives.
•Coordinate and facilitate environmental permitting before, during, and after construction, and manage permit applications and conditions.
•Collect environmental samples (air, water, waste) and maintain environmental records within the compliance system to ensure full compliance.

Salary: USD 82,000 - 122,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of related experience in environmental compliance (typically attained in this range).
•Bachelor’s Degree in environmental, natural science, or engineering preferred.
•Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations and standards and their applicability to operations.
•Ability to analyze, research, compile, and prepare permit applications, logs, reports, correspondence, and responses to agency requests.
•Ability to evaluate and interpret governmental regulations and agency guidance, and use attention to detail for compliance work.
