Support store leadership as a Floor Supervisor, driving an exceptional customer experience through coaching and developing associates. Monitor sales performance against KPIs, model consumer-centric selling behaviors, and supervise daily operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation. Ensure stockroom execution, inventory organization, shipments, visual merchandising standards, replenishment, and loss prevention. Assist with onboarding, promote community engagement, and uphold policies and safety procedures.
