Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Department’s long-term strategic plan aligned with corporate strategy, including annual business plans and budget.
  • •Direct talent management and recruitment mandates, including internal/executive recruiting, search/hiring, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Ensure compliance with KSA labor law in talent management processes and align performance management systems to corporate and departmental KPIs.
  • •Oversee development of training initiatives (internal and external) and plan career paths for high-achieving candidates.
  • •Monitor departmental performance and operational accounting entries, manage change initiatives, and present regular reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) from a recognized, accredited university.
  • •Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • •CIPD is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • •13 years’ experience in the field, including 7 years in a managerial/leading position.
