Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform as technical expert for field inspections and quality audits, acting as an internal and external go-to resource.
  • •Provide guiding direction for inspections and set direction and goals for inspections and/or business lines.
  • •Lead audit strategy for your area of expertise and act as external spokesperson on technical project issues.
  • •Oversee construction inspectors on assigned projects to ensure compliance with all codes, rules, and regulations.
  • •Work directly with construction contractors and, when appropriate, recommend or cause notices of violation, stop work orders, and temporary approval for occupancy.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma plus ten years of experience or demonstrated equivalency.
