Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee payroll operations across EMEA countries to ensure compliance and accurate, timely processing.
  • •Develop and implement regional payroll processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • •Provide guidance and support to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and excellence.
  • •Collaborate with external partners such as auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve payroll queries.
  • •Conduct audits and reviews, maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of payroll legislation and regulations across EMEA countries.
  • •Knowledge of payroll systems and software such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to build complex spreadsheets and reports.
