Job Summary

Support Zurich’s Farms sales team by helping to develop business plans, manage referrals, and strengthen relationships within the farming sector. This 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role focuses on customer support, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth in Zurich’s farm products. Primary location is Wexford with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and devise an appropriate business plan with the business development managers.
•Working closely with our partners and managing referrals, urgent queries and MI reporting; contact referrals within SLA, and advise potential customers of farm products.
•Support the farm business development managers to achieve the GWP plan and broaden Zurich’s farming sector relationships.
•Provide regular management statistics in respect of referrals, quotes, cases bound, GWP and conversion rates to key accounts and management; monitor renewal book performance.
•Travel to events if required and collaborate cross-functionally to secure overall accounts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level Leaving Certificate or equivalent third-level qualification; CIP desirable
•Sales acquisition skills desirable
•Excellent business acumen across insurance and other industries with a professional approach to business relationships
•Working knowledge and understanding of all product lines
•Strong project management skills
