Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Global LCS leadership, shaping channel strategy, operating model, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • •Lead annual and quarterly planning for Global LCS with Finance and regional/vertical sales leaders to build goals, capacity plans, coverage models, and resource recommendations.
  • •Establish and run the global business rhythm (weekly revenue/pipeline reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, executive reporting) turning performance signals into action.
  • •Own LCS forecasting and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inspection, risk identification, and accountability.
  • •Develop playbooks and lead initiatives to improve sales productivity and execution, including pipeline generation, deal progression, product adoption, and reducing operational friction.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions, with required exposure to digital advertising/ad tech/media or a scaled technology platform.
  • •Experience managing multi-tiered teams including people managers at global scale.
  • •Significant experience leading strategy and operations for complex, multi-region sales organizations, ideally with large enterprise/strategic customer segments.
  • •Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, marketplace dynamics, and large customer sales/agency ecosystems/global go-to-market models.
