•Performs raw material, finished goods, intermediate, and development sample analysis according to standard analytical procedures; maintains and calibrates instruments; troubleshoots issues as needed.
•Maintains safety and quality systems; owns a zone and coordinates with Production Lead on night/weekend shifts to prioritize work; participates in improvement projects.
•Records and labels materials per written procedures; communicates results and issues to supervisor; contributes to method development under supervision.
•Interacts with cross-functional teams; demonstrates teamwork, problem solving, planning, and effective communication.
•Works in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends; may require overtime and call-ins.

•B.S. degree in Chemistry (or closely related field) with a minimum of one year experience in a QC lab.
•Ability to work rotating five shift schedule, including weekends; available for overtime and call-in as needed.
•Experience with basic laboratory operations (weighing, titrating, preparing volumetric solutions) and interpreting analytical method procedures.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to operate safely around analytical instrumentation and hazardous chemicals; must pass medical qualification for respirator use.
