Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate at Cost Management level across projects and contracts.
  • •Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, cost control and value engineering.
