Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customers.
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at assigned oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to the oncologist-prescribed protocol.
  • •Assess needs of medical professionals with a focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • •Become an expert in Natera Oncology products and processes; educate professionals on tools/resources for test order management and report KPIs related to retention and fulfilled orders.

Key Requirements
