Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct analyses and lead investigations to support business, customers, and other R&D teams, including food and water analysis, contaminants/foreign body identification, and food contact regulatory support.
  • •Perform taint and odour investigations and other analytical investigations using in-house or outsourced resources.
  • •Generate accurate, reliable data using HPLC, IC, ICP-OES, FTIR, GC, GC/MS, and DSC.
  • •Maintain lab equipment readiness and support lab upkeep, standards, and facility practices.
  • •Interpret technical data, provide timely formal reports, train other staff and apprentices, and manage samples with traceability via documentation and labelling.
