AP Inventory Representative

Process and reconcile vendor invoices using a 3-way match system to ensure timely payments and correct discount/non-discount terms. Review invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies using company policies, and confirm vendor terms. Match purchase orders to invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and process vendor credits and warranty issues. Provide customer service to sales centers, vendors, and internal teams, and communicate any processing problems to management.
