Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment and provide technical support across all phases of plant operations.
  • •Apply electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing process knowledge to support troubleshooting efforts.
  • •Operate and maintain PLC systems and related control, data collection instrumentation, and transducers.
  • •Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems and perform maintenance and repair on mechanical system components.
  • •Function effectively in a team environment and communicate productively with operations and management at all levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Training beyond high school, preferably an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or a closely related technical field, or a combination of education and experience including skilled trade or military training.
  • •Proficiency in Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and document organization; ability to use document templates and create simple queries.
  • •Must be proficient or become proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, electrical safety, and lockout/tagout processes and procedures.
