Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and optimize physical workspace operations, including maintenance dispatch/audits, internal ticketing system performance, facility improvements, and spatial utilization.
•Manage vendor and supplier teams by improving KPIs, overseeing service delivery, defining vendor scope of work, and conducting performance reviews.
•Own workplace budget and inventory control by tracking expenses, implementing cost controls, and ensuring regional offices have required supplies and signage.
•Partner with internal teams to plan and organize high-impact company events, meetings, and community activities that enhance the employee experience.
•Lead end-to-end projects such as office moves and return-to-office strategies, and manage workplace technology platforms and sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in workplace management, office administration, or facilities management supporting a large employee population.
•Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses while leading small-to-large-scale projects from conception to execution.
•Experience managing external IFM contractors/suppliers, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance reviews.
•Fluency in English with strong written, oral, and presentation skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
•Ability to travel within North and South America as required.
