Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and analyze Fab15 KPI performance (Pace, Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, Productivity, Capacity Utilization) and maintain issue visibility.
  • •Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities through ongoing KPI monitoring and data analysis.
  • •Lead productivity and cycle-time improvement initiatives and drive equipment efficiency optimization.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance review mechanisms using Power BI.
  • •Act as PMO for critical factory initiatives by managing project schedules, milestones, risks/issues, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Experience in KPI management, operational improvement, project management, or performance monitoring.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, with effective communication in Japanese or English and AI usage experience.
