Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain machinery used to produce corrugated boxes.
  • •Verify print registration, slot alignment, and glue integrity on first piece and throughout the run.
  • •Monitor production quality (print density, ink viscosity, color consistency, bundle count, folds) and meet customer specifications.
  • •Record causes for idle time over five minutes and perform first-level troubleshooting.
  • •Perform downtime tasks such as cleaning anilox rolls, prepping the next ink set, and confirming die change readiness; support continuous improvement to reduce changeover loss.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
  • •Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
  • •Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
  • •Able to do basic math (add/subtract) and calculate percentages, measurement, volume, and rate.
  • •Basic computer/data entry skills; solid understanding of safety, quality, and production controls.
