Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experiences by engaging clients in person and over the phone and supporting teammates.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities and recommend customized solutions based on client conversations.
  • •Open and manage a range of consumer and business accounts and deposit/lending products.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and sales goals through appointments, lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking) and ability to ask fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
