Key Responsibilities

•Meet and/or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
•Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materials with a customer-centric approach.
•Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern in the territory.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB) to drive customer satisfaction and implement key company initiatives.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; rare disease experience highly preferred.
•BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
•Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products or indications into competitive markets.
•Strong leadership, planning and organizational, analytics, business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority; excellent written and oral communication; proficient with remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
