Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day cost management leadership as the key client interface, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • •Lead estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans and updates at design milestones.
  • •Estimate, reconcile, and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, including supporting data accuracy with the general contractor.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, cost auditing, and manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, lead funding data presentations and VE sessions, and negotiate final accounts in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering, with excellent communication skills.
