Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, manage, and scale end-to-end operational workflows for partner eligibility and onboarding, transaction approvals, catalog health, and featured listing placements.
  • •Own marketplace health and integrity by monitoring key signals, establishing quality controls, and supporting Deal Desk on complex commercial transactions.
  • •Design and deploy custom tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce operational friction and accelerate throughput.
  • •Drive retention campaigns and cross-functional operational cadences aligned with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.
  • •Partner on go-to-market efforts to drive transaction pipeline growth and strategic partner and customer deals.

Salary: USD 167,000 - 229,550 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of operational leadership experience across Business Operations, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or scaling operational functions in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and shipping automations or operational tools using Python, low-code/RPA platforms, workflow platforms, or modern AI/LLM/agent tooling.
  • •Proven end-to-end ownership of operational processes, approval gates, and quality control systems.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills aligning priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field organizations.
  • •Direct experience with enterprise software marketplaces, two-sided platform ecosystems, or cloud commerce environments.
