Provide an exceptional in-store experience by advising customers on styling options, current trends, and promotions. Promote Levi’s omni experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program, resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, and partner with store management on escalations. Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while following store procedures and Levi’s policies.
