Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound airfield transportation activities for personnel, cargo, and equipment.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between airfield operations, ground transportation, cargo handlers, mission planners, and external agencies.
  • •Ensure loading, unloading, and staging comply with safety regulations, airfield procedures, and cargo preparation standards, including load plans, tie-downs, and documentation.
  • •Prepare, review, and validate transportation documentation, including passenger manifests, cargo lists, hazardous materials forms, and movement control paperwork.
  • •Monitor real-time movement operations, identify delays/issues, coordinate corrective actions, assist with deployments/redeployments, and maintain records and performance reporting.

Salary: USD 73,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in transportation coordination, airfield operations, logistics, or movement control.
  • •2 years of experience working in a mission-based or high-tempo environment (e.g., military airfield, commercial airport operations, transportation management).
  • •Strong understanding of airfield procedures, cargo handling standards, and passenger movement requirements.
  • •Ability to interpret transportation documentation and regulatory guidance.
  • •Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening; obtain/maintain a CAC.
