Job Summary

Build and operate AWS infrastructure for Clio’s cloud-based products, focusing on automation, observability, and reliability. You’ll evolve infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, improve CI/CD and deployment practices, and refine alerting, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate across Security, MLOps, and Product Engineering to deliver secure, compliant systems, optimize performance and cost, and help define agentic patterns for how infrastructure is built, deployed, and observed.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure for Clio’s production environments.
•Implement and evolve infrastructure-as-code with Terraform to support reproducibility and compliance.
•Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and developer experience.
•Enhance observability and reliability by refining alerting, monitoring, and incident response.
•Partner with Security, MLOps, and Product Engineering to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant systems, including cloud optimization and mentoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 69,700 - 94,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience designing, deploying, and operating AWS infrastructure and managed services at scale (e.g., RDS, EKS, Lambda).
•Expertise with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
•Strong coding foundation for building robust automation frameworks and tooling beyond scripting.
•Experience with CI/CD systems such as Buildkite and/or GitHub Actions.
•Familiarity with observability platforms and Linux systems administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
