Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI experience roadmap and multi-year sequencing across the Vivint and NRG smart home portfolio.
  • •Develop and refine a multi-year product plan rooted in emerging AI/ML capabilities and customer benefits.
  • •Serve as a technical thought leader for unifying hardware endpoints and cloud platforms using unified ML models.
  • •Author data-driven narrative documents (PRFAQs, working-backwards, and 3-year operating plans) to align senior leaders on AI investments, training needs, and data privacy.
  • •Directly manage and mentor a lean team of Technical Product Managers and collaborate across Data Science, AI/ML platform engineering, UX design language, and hardware product lines.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years shipping consumer-facing AI/ML software features or intelligent IoT experiences at scale.
  • •Deep technical literacy applying machine learning to consumer-facing ecosystems (e.g., computer vision, edge-AI, NLP, predictive behavioral modeling).
  • •Strong understanding of how software intelligence interacts with physical consumer hardware, including wireless frameworks and cloud/local processing constraints.
  • •Proven experience managing products requiring close coordination with AI data scientists, ML infrastructure engineers, and data privacy teams.
  • •B.S. or M.S. in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related).
