Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect Hi-Pot switchboard product on all lines per inspection instructions and applicable governmental requirements, documenting results and non-conformances.
  • •Perform electrical testing using Hi-Pot/continuity/component-specific devices and verify switch/circuit breaker function.
  • •Verify torqued connections using torque wrench and conduct required electrical and mechanical tests per safety and training procedures.
  • •Examine and verify mating structures and ensure lineup completeness so field installation is problem-free.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances, verify required rework, and act as an informal trainer for production associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.76 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months manufacturing, production, or military experience, or a degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Knowledge of basic electricity/current flow and component functionality schematics/wiring diagrams and assembly processes (e.g., Hi-Pot, Shunt Trip).
  • •Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documents including wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.
