Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate data and analytics for the Worldwide Professional Services team.
  • •Manage the revenue recognition process, including forecast reporting and end-of-month fulfillment.
  • •Design, manage, and improve reporting and analytics for the delivery pipeline, backlog, and revenue management.
  • •Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to PSA tools, including automation and accuracy enhancements.
