Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a central point of contact for assigned enterprise customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction.
  • •Lead technical engagements and coordinate resolutions with Adobe teams, including engineering and product, for critical customer issues.
  • •Translate business needs into technical and operational plans through executive-level conversations with Director/VP audiences.
  • •Assess, document, and analyze customers’ technical environments to identify improvement opportunities and proactively manage risk.
  • •Coordinate technical reviews, service disruption assessments, prelaunch planning, and periodic status updates/checkpoints including QBRs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • •At least five years of full-time experience in consultative customer support and/or a related role in marketing technology.
  • •Exceptional customer experience focus with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proven presentation skills and comfort communicating over the phone and in front of audiences.
  • •Travel to client locations (approximately 15-20%).
