Key Responsibilities

•Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets while managing all resources to deliver a leading customer shopping experience.
•Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store talent, setting expectations, analyzing performance, providing prompt feedback, and actively managing poor performance.
•Lead service and selling culture by maximizing time selling on the sales floor, ensuring a leader is on duty, zoning and scheduling employees, and using Net Promoter Score to improve service.
•Manage store operations, including retail operating rhythms, compliance with retail management standards, same-day merchandise processing, accurate cash wrap transactions, change management, and loss prevention and health/safety.
•Provide brand and product expertise by serving as a brand ambassador, ensuring retail experience and visual excellence standards, and partnering to deliver foundational and seasonal product training.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment, including at least 12 months of Store Management experience.
•Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office, with strong understanding of P&L and store KPIs.
•Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
