Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a large, geo-distributed engineering team to deliver scalable multimedia authoring tools and platforms.
  • •Drive the integration of AI/ML features (generative imaging, intelligent layouts, motion design) into the authoring experience.
  • •Oversee editor infrastructures, rendering engines, document models, and asset pipelines for seamless real-time authoring on web and mobile.
  • •Create cohesive end-to-end user journeys that unify video, audio, graphics, text, and images into interactive designs.
  • •Ensure high performance, low latency, and global reliability for Express authoring experiences for millions of users.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership of large-scale engineering organizations (200+ employees) across geos delivering multimedia tools or consumer applications at global scale.
  • •Deep domain expertise in graphics/imaging, motion and video authoring, or typography and layout systems, with breadth across adjacent areas.
  • •Demonstrated success integrating AI/ML into product experiences, particularly generative or design intelligence capabilities.
  • •Strong technical foundation in editor infrastructure including rendering systems, document models, and asset pipelines.
  • •Ability to set and articulate a clear technical vision while driving disciplined execution across multiple teams and disciplines.
