Job Summary

Lead, coordinate, and provide technical program execution authority for engineering content across flight simulator programs. Serve as the technical lead for Integrated Product Teams, including peer/gate reviews and coordination of technical activities. Own weekly/monthly Cost Account Management reviews and drive technical, cost, and schedule performance. Communicate with customers and vendors and take direction from the Directorate Chief Engineer to deliver Product Line solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage large, complex strategic project initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
•Act as technical lead for assigned engineering teams, including leading/participating in program peer & gate reviews and supporting PMRs.
•Coordinate technical activity across program IPTs and oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance for engineering content.
•Conduct weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews with IPTs.
•Communicate internally and externally with customers or vendors and implement leadership’s strategic goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
•8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience.
•3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
•3+ years using IBM/Rational or Atlassian collaboration tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
•Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
