Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform enterprise community data reporting by defining a community data structure and building Tableau dashboards to increase reporting frequency and improve user experience.
  • •Maintain community reports and dashboards in Tableau and Excel and iterate to make them more robust and interactive for senior leaders.
  • •Fulfill routine and ad hoc data requests by extracting data from a grants management/engagement platform and creating reports using scripting, Excel, and Tableau.
  • •Analyze ad hoc requests for patterns/trends and recommend new dashboards and enhancements to meet enterprise goals for corporate philanthropy, employee giving, and volunteerism.
  • •Manage community data collection and cleaning, improve data governance, and serve as a Bonterra/CyberGrants platform administrator by implementing platform enhancements and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of data management and analysis experience with a proven track record delivering data projects from scratch against goals.
  • •Strong analytical skills to synthesize large datasets, generate reports, and summarize key insights quickly.
  • •Experience building dashboards and reports with business intelligence tools such as Tableau (Power BI mentioned).
