Key Responsibilities

•Own SuppCo’s growth engine end to end across acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention on mobile and web; define strategy and drive key metrics.
•Own the funnel into and through the new membership experience, driving transactors, purchase frequency, and revenue per user.
•Design and optimize activation and upsell loops, including cross-sell between SuppCo and Function Health apps to build compounding growth mechanics.
•Design and run rigorous A/B tests across the funnel; maintain a culture of rapid iteration without losing rigor.
•Define growth KPIs and success metrics, build dashboards, analyze cohort and funnel behavior, and translate insights into product opportunities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience in consumer technology companies with demonstrated growth expertise.
•Proven track record improving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, or monetization through product-led growth and systematic experimentation.
•Experience building or optimizing marketplace, subscription, commerce, or transactional products, especially purchase funnels and repeat-purchase mechanics.
•Deep proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, etc.) and statistical methods for experiment design and measurement.
•Comfort building AI-powered features and using AI tools; experience with LLM-based products, chatbots, or agentic systems is a plus.
