Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, start up/shut down production equipment and operate machinery to manufacture stucco, EIFS, grouts, and other products.
  • •Operate equipment such as mixer, palletizer, and bagger, following instructions for production quantities and times.
  • •Perform quality control initiatives and coordinate manufacturing efforts.
  • •Conduct daily visual inspections of machinery and the surrounding area, and monitor/adjust control panels as needed.
  • •Operate a forklift to load/unload raw materials and finished products, maintaining cleanliness and following safety policies.
