Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out start-of-production work instructions as laid down in the IMS manual.
  • •Sort labels, prepare packing specs for production, and control quality of all produced components.
  • •Perform post-production quality checks, including 4-hourly checks on production machines and daily retention checks.
  • •Carry out component capacity checks and verify colours against standards, recording new colour standards.
  • •Ensure components are packaged, labelled, and palletised to customer and company requirements, and liaise with shift supervisors on production problems.
