•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies using intermediate and some advanced business, analytical, and technical knowledge.
•Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium-to-large business problems impacting current and/or future business strategy and provide insight-to-action recommendations.
•Identify, gather, test, and integrate high-quality data sources; apply appropriate data hygiene techniques and document methodology, validation, and testing for peer review and compliance.
•Translate recommendations into communication materials for peer review and mid-to-upper level management, using visualization techniques to support understanding for less technical audiences.
•Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, Data Science, or a quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•4 years of experience in data/analytics or relevant finance industry functional experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of data/analytics or finance functional experience.
•Competency in mathematical and statistical techniques used to support fact-based decision-making.
•Intermediate and some advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and developing analysis queries/procedures using SQL, SAS, BI tools, or other analysis software.
•Experience developing business deliverables using BI/data management platforms or SQL-based languages (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, SAP Business Objects, Snowflake, NoSQL, ANSI SQL).
