Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead financial planning and performance management across all RSG entities and destinations, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. Own the enterprise financial performance management framework with KPI definitions, management reporting packs, and dashboards. Build and improve cash flow modeling, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and produce consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow views. Partner with key functions to integrate actuals and liquidity forecasts and deliver executive and board-ready reporting.
