Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess small and standard Group Protection schemes with underwriting guidelines, evaluating risk and commercial viability.
  • •Take increasing ownership of monthly loss ratio reporting and portfolio analysis to identify trends, risk exposures, and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • •Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and management information for monitoring schemes and investigating unusual patterns.
  • •Maintain accurate management information and support governance/control processes to ensure auditable, compliant records.
  • •Complete internal underwriting training and build relationships across the wider insurance business, potentially with financial support for relevant professional qualifications.
