LTD Product Development Engineer

Develop and validate test programs that improve wafer sort, unit class testing, burn-in, and parametric testing outcomes. Define test plans and roadmaps with key customers, create test content for parametric, cache (array), and Analog Mixed Signal programs, and coordinate validation of new product results. Document and update existing test programs, adjust test conditions for engineering requests, collaborate with tester module engineers to improve operations and tools, and debug unexpected test results.
