Job Summary

Drive developer advocacy for digital health AI by partnering with researchers and healthcare AI teams across academia and industry. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing platforms, integrating NVIDIA tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into research pipelines. Lead onboarding for collaborators, map the ecosystem, and help shape open benchmarks, synthetic evaluation recipes, and conference participation to feed insights back to product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain technical expertise in digital health AI and serve as trusted technical advisor and champion for researchers and developers.
•Accelerate digital health AI research workloads by demonstrating and integrating NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, blueprints) into research platforms, applications, and pipelines.
•Guide partners and research collaborators through onboarding and integration using technical resources such as sample code, evaluation harnesses, and training recipes.
•Map and monitor the researcher ecosystem to identify growth opportunities across healthcare AI agents, foundation models, model evaluation, synthetic data generation, post-training, inference, and deployment tooling.
•Represent NVIDIA at research conferences and forums, and help create open benchmark datasets and reproducible synthetic data generation and evaluation harnesses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•MS or Ph.D degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Clinical Informatics, Computational Medicine, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or related technical field.
•Minimum 12+ years of overall professional experience in AI/ML, applied research, software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, product management, or solution architecture, including 5+ years hands-on experience in healthcare AI, digital health, or life sciences AI.
•Proven track record leading developer programs across healthcare research organizations.
•Significant technical depth in AI tools and model architectures including LLMs, VLMs, speech models, agentic workflows, pre/post-training, and inference optimization.
•Experience leading research collaborations with engineering, product, and research teams, including architectural design, benchmark/model evaluation, code reviews, technical mentorship, and technical talks/workshops.
