Learning Area Manager (Nights)

Lead end-to-end night shift learning operations for assigned site areas spanning dispense & fulfillment and sterile and non-sterile compounding. You’ll manage and develop night shift Learning Leads, build two-week-out training plans, and ensure accurate LMS reporting and labor hour tracking. Serve as the learning point of contact in daily operational meetings, oversee onboarding and compliance/SOP training, and coordinate training requests while aligning with day-shift learning leadership.
