Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and govern Glovo’s core data tools, including Looker, and help define and enforce data governance standards.
  • •Automate manual data processes using LLMs, workflow tools like n8n and Make, and API/MCP connections.
  • •Contribute to monitoring GCP infrastructure usage and costs, and support governance around cloud resources.
  • •Support the evolution of Looker toward conversational analytics and help build a data support self-serve experience.
  • •Delegate tasks to the team’s 3 interns and mentor them while partnering closely with senior data engineers and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or a similar technical data role.
  • •Strong SQL foundations to independently write, debug, and optimize analytical queries.
  • •Working proficiency in Python to support data analysis, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • •Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative engineering practices (pull requests, code reviews, version control).
  • •Practical experience using LLMs and/or automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs) to streamline processes.
